Evergreen Home Repair

Evergreen Home Repair is a home remodeling company based in Vancouver WA, with two owners and over 25 years experience. Rich and Sinthea bring knowledge, design and hard work to your space. Now married for 27 years and have raised three wonderful children together. They encompass everything teamwork and determination is about. 

Sinthea was born in Monterey CA. Oldest of five children, With her dad being in the military  and her mother staying at home, she was never in one place for very long. With constant moving and change Sinthea has developed such an adaptive personality. She understands that any change is overwhelming and that she’s here to adapt to your needs and what you want for your space. With a bachelors degree from WSU she has the knowledge and drive to help you achieve your vision. In Sinthea’s spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and going on many adventures. Sinthea’s fondest adventure is being able to travel to Spain and Italy with her wonderful Husband.

Rich was born in Kankakee Illinois. Youngest of three children, Raised on  a farm, His dad racing Horses and his mother a school teacher. Rich learned at a young age that hard work and quality is the only way to get a project done. Being in construction and remodeling for over 25 years. Rich has the knowledge and professionalism needed to make your greatest visions of your home come to life. In Rich’s spare time he enjoys riding his bike, backpacking with his wife and playing his guitar. Rich’s fondest adventure is climbing Mt.Hood with his brother, twice!
